Fulfillment Policy

At Omazzaff IT Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality IT products and exceptional service to our customers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our procedures for order processing, shipping, cancellations, and refunds to ensure a clear and smooth experience.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon successful payment confirmation.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide options for substitution, backorder, or refund.
Orders are fulfilled during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local and international shipping. Delivery timelines vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery within:
- 1 - 3 business days for local orders
- 5 - 10 business days for international orders
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items such as software licenses, activated products, or custom-configured hardware may not be eligible for return.

4.2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photo or video evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on product availability and your preference.

4.3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless due to our error or a defective product.
